On Amapolas flights we offer you and your child an assistance service where the child is taken care of throughout the trip. The service is offered to minors between the ages of 5 and 11.
Before traveling alone, a form must be completed by the parent/guardian. This form has to be taken to the airport.
Upon check-in of unaccompanied children, arrival to the check-in desk should be at least 1 hour before departure. At the same time the form must be completed, signed by the parent/guardian and submitted at the check-in desk. Without valid documents, Amapola can not allow the child to travel on its own. Parent/guardian may not leave the airport until the plane has departed and lifted. At the arrival of the flight, the receiving parent/guardian must provide a valid ID card to the airport staff who hand over the child.
